Create a Game plan: Strategies for Managing Dementia and Caregiving; in collaboration with the County of San Diego and United Domestic Workers of San Diego. “Dementia, Driving, and Difficult Conversations” is one of Veronica’s most requested lectures.

In January 2023, Veronica Mitchell participated in a Senior Resource and Outreach Event at a 55+ Retirement Community in North County, San Diego. Representing her work on ; Aging, Caregiving, and Cannabis, Veronica engaged with seniors, caregivers, and community members, offering insights into the use of cannabis for older adults and how it can support aging and caregiving challenges.
